IVE ALWAYS BEEN AN ATHLETE BUT JUST RECENTLY MIGRATED TO RUNNING POST WORKOUTS OUTSIDE RATHER THAN TREADMILL. THIS BAG IS CONVENIENT, FITS A PAIR OF SHOES AND EVEN MY RUNNING SHORTS AND TOPS WITH A SIDE POCKET FOR MY MUSCLE BALMS KEYS KEYS ETC. EASY TO WASH MATERIAL CAN THROW IN LAUNDRY.
