At rnnr, we move fast—just like you.

Order Processing:
All orders are fulfilled within 2 business days from the time you place your order (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear every step of the way.

Shipping Times:
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye out for those!

International Orders:
We currently ship to select international destinations. Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing or Delayed Packages:
