I ordered this bag in August 9th It was suppose to ship first week of Sept which I didn’t find out till I placed my order. it never shipped contacted the company they said wait a week. Then a week after that an email they never ordered the actual bags and had no idea when they would get them so do I want a different color. Just awful customer service and the bag is not great. Plus it wasn’t even in time for my travel days to race

I love the idea of the bag, but as someone who wears a size 13, this bag is not it. It fits shoes and that's it. The video promotion for the bag was very promising until I realized it was a woman with small feet so...keep that in mind!

I guess I misunderstood- I thought this was a bag with a separate bottom compartment for shoes. I don’t think that’s what I got. This appears to be just a bag. I have lots of bags.

Love it ! Only complaint I’d make the handle a little bigger so you can hang it on things like treadmills etc at the gym. It’s a great gym bag :)
