Miss used my hat to defend myself from some wasps and broke the tension piece on the back and rnnr quickly got me a replacement part shipped(usps dropped the ball but again rnnr came to the rescue!) So happy to have my hat back. I do wish there was a metal option be it aluminum, stainless steel or titanium hardware option as I am hard on things lol.
