I bought a "standard" because I wear a medium cycling helmet, and it was way too small. The materials also seem very cheap.

I love this hat! It's fun, colorful, breathable and crazy light.
I'm a heavy head sweater and the sweat pad in this hat is really good, however, my only concern is on really hot days the sweat keeps running down around my ears and around my earbuds - somehow the pad above the ear and around the head has a and opening to let the sweat run down the sides of my head. All else is perfect!

This hat is amazing. Ran the Chicago Marathon in it and it hiked to Havasupai Falls Arizona.
